All of my services are rooted in a shared intention: to help you live with more clarity, compassion, and connection. Whether we’re working through talk therapy, hands-on bodywork, group exploration, or nervous system coaching, the thread that ties it all together is supporting you in understanding yourself more deeply and responding to life with greater ease. Together, we’ll work toward reducing reactivity, increasing self-acceptance, and creating space for love, connection, and choice. Each offering has its own focus and rhythm—some are conversational, some experiential—but all are designed to help you move from “Why did I do that?” to “I understand myself, and I know what I need.”

Clinical Mental Health Counseling
When life feels overwhelming or past experiences keep showing up in ways that limit your growth, clinical counseling can offer the focused, structured support you need. This service is grounded in evidence-based practice and provided under my North Carolina licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), with supervision from a qualified clinical supervisor.
Counseling is especially appropriate when a deeper level of support is needed—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, or significant life transitions. Individual and group sessions are guided by clinical ethics, include formal documentation, and may involve diagnosis when appropriate.
My approach draws from a range of modalities to meet you where you are. These include Somatic Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and group process work informed by Yalom. I also incorporate somatic interventions such as Hakomi and Brainspotting, which support the body-mind connection and help access deeper layers of healing beyond talk alone.
This space is one of compassion, structure, and real therapeutic change. We will go at a pace that honors both your resilience and your need for safety.

Personalized Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative space for growth, insight, and personal development. Unlike clinical counseling, coaching is not focused on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it offers a forward-facing approach to help you clarify your goals, align with your values, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
This service is ideal if you’re navigating change, seeking deeper connection to your inner wisdom, or looking to strengthen your nervous system resilience without needing the clinical support that therapy provides.
Drawing from my background in embodiment, somatic awareness, movement practices, and nervous system education, we’ll co-create a process that fits your journey. Sessions may include guided reflection, mindfulness, gentle movement, and tools to help you respond to life with more ease, presence, and intention.

Community Group Explorations
Group Explorations offer a shared space for learning, reflection, and embodied discovery. These sessions are not clinical therapy, but they are intentionally designed to support personal growth and emotional awareness in community.
Each exploration centers around a theme—such as stress regulation, emotional resilience, or reconnecting with the body—and blends guided discussion with simple practices like breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection exercises. The goal is not performance or perfection, but curiosity, connection, and presence.
Group work has the power to reveal insights we might not find alone. When we gather in intentional spaces, we learn not only from ourselves, but from each other. These explorations are containers for that kind of insight—rooted in compassion, informed by somatic principles, and held with care.
Whether you’re brand new to inner work or continuing a long path of self-discovery, these experiences invite you to listen more deeply to yourself and to others.

Holistic Bodywork Sessions
These sessions offer hands-on support to help your body unwind, release tension, and reconnect with its natural rhythms. Grounded in my training as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (NCLMBT#17381), this work is focused on creating a safe and attuned space for physical healing and embodied presence.
Holistic bodywork differs from clinical counseling—it is not a space for emotional processing, diagnosis, or talk-based therapy. However, the body holds memory, and physical patterns often reflect deeper emotional or energetic imprints. Through intentional touch, breath awareness, and guided relaxation, we invite the body to soften and return to a more regulated state.
Sessions are fully client-led and built on a foundation of consent and clear communication. Whether you’re holding chronic tension, seeking restoration, or simply want to feel more at home in your body, this work can help you realign and reconnect.
This offering stands on its own or can complement coaching work by supporting the body’s ability to integrate change and healing.
